Dealer's Room Information

The Dealer's Room will be in Sections D - F and Foyer F of the Grand Ballroom on the main level of the hotel. The rooms are about 6000 square feet (in total) with high ceilings. The tables will be 72" by 30" with two chairs and one covering each.

Electricity is available if needed. Please check the appropriate box on your application. Please do not assume that I know what you need. Bring heavy-duty extension cords, power strips, and duct tape since your electrical access may be some distance away from your table.

Although dealers are responsible for the security of their own merchandise, we are planning to have sleep-over guards.

Barring unforeseen circumstances, we will adhere to these hours for this year.

Cost and Application

The first table costs $65.

Two tables cost $140.

Three tables cost $245.

There will be no lottery. Tables will be sold on a first come, first served basis. We estimate that there will be a total of 66 tables available this year. So get your order in as soon as possible to ensure you have tables.

Rules

All dealers and assistants must have their own memberships to Windycon. No memberships are included with tables. Memberships are available from Windycon Registration.

There will be no smoking in the Dealers' Room.

There will be no vending from any of the hotel guest rooms. This hotel has also established this policy, and will be enforcing it.

All audio material must be kept muted or listened to with headphones.

No incense or open flames.

Dealers are responsible for charging and submitting Illinois Sales Tax.

Payment for Tables

Please make checks payable to Windycon. Mail completed applications and payments to Windycon, P.O. Box 1044, Matteson, IL 60443-4044.

If you do not receive a "Dealer Confirmation & Instruction" form from me then you do not have table(s).
